•  Stove & oven – confirm proper operation

•  Refrigerator – check cooling performance

•  Sink & faucet – test water flow and look for leaks

•  Cabinets & drawers – ensure doors and sliders work correctly

•  Appliances – evaluate microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Bathrooms

•  Showers & faucets – verify water pressure and temperature

•  Toilets – check flushing system and leaks

•  Mirrors & fixtures – ensure stability and cleanliness

•  Grout & seals – inspect for mold, cracks or water damage

Air Conditioning & Ventilation

•  AC units – test cooling, noise, and remote operation

•  Filters – check cleanliness and recommend replacement if needed

•  Ventilation – ensure airflow in all rooms

Plumbing & Water

•  Leaks – inspect under sinks, around toilets, walls, and ceilings

•  Water pressure – verify consistent pressure throughout the unit

•  Shut-off valves – test functionality where accessible
